TIMBERPRO.ie, we pride ourselves on our friendly style of customer service. We are Ireland based, with both whatsapp, messenger and email technical and product support available. We stock a wide range of spare parts for all of our products and will always help our customers with anything that is required.

All TIMBERPRO.ie products come with a 1 year return to base warranty for domestic use and have our own in house technicians on hand to resolve any technical queries or repairs that are required.
Our technicians are here to provide advice, carry out repairs and maintenance and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service for their machines Products used for professional use come with a 6 month warranty. At TIMBERPRO.ie we constantly review and update our range, to provide our customers with the best products at affordable prices.


All TIMBERPRO.ie products are fully compliant with all relevant legislation ensuring your safety, including the mandatory E11 number which must be displayed on all petrol powered garden machinery.

All deliveries are handled by GLS couriers, & we will endeavor to deliver Items the next working day. Monday to Thursday. Friday's deliveries are made the following Monday except on bank holidays. Where they will be delivered the next working day.

#NB Please be advised that customers are asked to provide a contact phone number & select your correct location (i.e. Ireland - UK - USA) in order for the courier to effect correct and efficient delivery, If an address is provided as being in the USA / UK ETC, and the location is stated as being in Ireland, it is at Timberpro.ie discretion to provide a refund, as various shipping rates apply to various countries, so please take the time to fill out the correct shipping address and LOCATION, this saves us time and hassle of having to contact customers and provide refunds or look for additional shipping fees.
So we reserve the right to provide refunds to incorrect shipping addresses. By making a purchase from this website you agree to these terms and conditions.

Warranty covers mechanical failure by machinery only. Parts like carburettors, switches, cables etc. are consumable parts and therefore will incur a sales fee. Any defective items will be replaced without question. All our garden equipment is covered by a warranty covering mechanical defects or failures. (Not stupidity) And we perform a detailed PDI (pre delivery inspection prior to all items leaving our warehouse, giving piece of mind of the products perfect condition leaving us, this is also catalogued and photographed for extra assurance and another layer of protection to us. 

Items damaged in transit during delivery will be between the buyer and the courier.  And the buyer shall be responsible for return courier charges.

All prices shown are inclusive of vat, (valid 03/09/2019) which is charged at 23% all prices are subject to change in line with supplier changes.
