This 98cm lawn-tractor can either side-discharge or mulch clippings and features a foot-pedal hydrostatic drive. Power comes from a 414cc STIGA engine. Mulching-kit available separately.

Supplied with a 98cm side-discharge cutter-deck, the Alpina AT3 98 HA is a fast and efficient performer over large areas and will take the sort of overgrown grass found in meadows and outlying informal stretches in its stride!

Under the new, design-optimized bonnet is an STIGA ST 400 engine; a 414cc motor that produces an impressive 7.1kW of clean, low-emission power; and which will prove economical and quiet-running.

The foot-pedal operated hydrostatic transmission on the AT3 98 HA confers fantastic maneuverability - you’ll be able to adjust the ground-speed in infinite increments, smoothly slowing down when approaching obstacles, and then accelerating intuitively into long, unbroken passes.

A robust bumper provides reassurance when it comes to front-end impact protection; while a convenient electromagnetic PTO clutch means the blades are activated by simply pushing a button.

The AT3 98 HA benefits from substantial 457mm drive-wheels that ensure non-slip traction on sloping ground and in damp, muddy conditions.

It’s fitted with twin-headlights for safe low-light mowing; and it offers seven preset cutting-heights that will help you to create the sort of finish you prefer. Thanks to its optional mulching capability, the AT3 98 HA is also suitable for use on frequently-mown formal lawns.
